Windows Server - KB956438 Hotfix Windows Server 2008

Can anyone share this hotfix with me ? it is only available with extra
costs by microsoft.

A Windows Server 2003-based or Windows Server 2008-based terminal
server stops accepting new connections, and existing connections stop
responding, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956438/en-us

I need the one for windows server 2008, it is not available on their
website.

Hotfixes are free.  Just call Microsoft.
