Windows Server - Corrupt DHCP Database

I have a corrupt DHCP database.
I want to delete the database and scopes and recreate them from scratch.
Is there a best practice way to do this?

1. Stop DHCP Server Service
2. Go to \Windows\System32\DHCP
Delete all the files
3. Start DHCP Server Service
