Windows Server - Backup errors

I am getting backup report with following errors:
UsrClass.dat.LOG error: "the Process cannot access the file because it is
being used by another process" pointing to c:\docs &
settings\administrator\local settings\application
Data\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat.LOG

NTUSER.DAT error with the same message pointing to C:\Docs &
settings\administrator\NTUSER.DAT

any idea how to fix it or does it matter?

Processor Time report Windows Server How do I get the report to report in percentages. When I use the scale 1.0 I get numbers ranging from 1 250. How can the processor hit 250%?
