Windows Server - Save settings etc during migration

I am currently running a small Win 2003 SBS network. I have a 2nd
2003 R2 box setup running SQL 2005. All of my users (~25) are on XP
Pro.
I am going to do some major hardware upgrades to the servers and want
to move to a full 2003 R2 server network.
Is there a utility that I can use to keep all of the users' favorites,
desktops, etc etc so I can migrate them all to the new domain easily.
I would like this to be as painless as possible for the users.
Thanks,
CJ

Folder Redirection - Vista & XP Favorites Windows Server In XP, the Favorites folder could not be redirected and therefore it stayed with the Roaming User Profile on created on the server. This ends up with roaming users having two sets of the Favorites folder - one for XP and another for Vista. I see there is a Vista GPO to redirect the Favorites folder, but I don't know how this is going to affect the XP workstations. Will XP pick up on this redirected Favorites folder that the Vista GPO put

With XP you can only have 1 session running and the desktop becomes locked if someone connects a teminal server although it does allow remote desktop. The functionality is built in to XP and not related to having a terminal server on the network. James. - - James Yeomans, BSc
