Windows Server - simultaneous connections

Is it possible to limit the number of simultaneous connections ?
We want to limit that number to 1 or 2.
How can we do that ?
Windows 2003 R2 server with Active Directory.

simultaneous connections from one computer?
simultaneous connections from multiple computers?

only one (or two) connection by the same user.
If a user is already connect on a computer, he cannot go on another computer
and connect to the network.
