I had setup a Windows server 2003 standard version, and also I get a
copy of windows server 2003 R2 disk, while I put the CD into the
server and wanna upgrade it to R2, it comes up a windows to enter the
products key.

I had input the key the same as windows server 2003 standard, but it
did not work. then is that means Windows server 2003 R2 need a brand
new product key other than 2003 standard version?

thanks
