Windows Server - WSUS 2.0 only reconizes one of virtual PCs

I have installed windows XP named Peter in virtual PC 2007 and copied windows
XP vhd file for another windows XP . I renamed the other windows XP as Mary
and  regenerated new SID using Ghost walker for Mary. Two windows XP connect
WSUS 2.0 running windows 2003, but WSUS only recognized one windows XP at a
time. My colleague suspected MAC address of NIC are the same for both PCs so
that WSUS can't detect two widnows XP. Have anyone encounter similar problem
? How did you reslove the problem?

no access to nearby PC (XP) ??? Windows Server I have a 3 PC network, using AT&T's 2-wire 1701HG wired modem. I have it connected to an XP system, a win2k system, and an older win98se system. Sharing xp folders on XP using VISTA Windows Server Hello. . . I Have a problem that even Microsoft Esculation departmen't cant seem to fix at this time. . .
