Windows Server - upgrade sbs 2008 standard to a premium edition

how can i upgrade my sbs 2008 standard to a premium edition ?
can that be done by changing the related product key only ?
I need to add an additional server to my domain.

No problem adding additional servers to an SBS domain. With SBS Premium
you also get, and therefore pay for SQL Server, which I did not see in your
requirements.
If you do not need SQL, just bring in another Windows Server, 2008 is preferred.

Thanx so far.
I had understood the limitations of Standard SBS 2008 that way, that no
additional server is allowed to join the SBS domain.
Sometimes MS is not that restricted as assumed :-)
