Windows Server - Problemas para ver equipos en Mis Sitios de red

Hola a todos...ojala y puedan ayudarme
La pregunta es la siguiente, tengo un dominio, y dentro de este tengo 2
diferentes segmentos de red, Tengo un DC en cada segmento de red. Tengo
instalado el wins y en el dhcp de ambos tengo cargado el wins, ademas en las
propiedades de red de cada uno de los servers DC tienen IP fija, pero les
tengo cargado el wins.
La pregunta es que desde mis sitios de red no puedo ver los equipos. Veo
solo los de un segmento de red, en vez de ver los dos.
Alguna idea de porque podria ser esto?
Cabe mencionar que un server inicia con el usuario administrador del dominio
y en otro server inicia con un usuario administrador del dominio.

¿Qué une ambos segmentos? Parece que algo bloquea las comunicaciones entre
ambos puntos.

Mi dominio viene de un bosque superior...
Somo varias empresas del mismo grupo, y todas pertenecemos a un bosque...
En el caso de nosotros, somos dos empresas que estamos en el mismo estado y
que pertenecesmos al mismo dominio por ejemplo "dominio.com", pero ambos
tenemos un segmento de red diferente por ejemplo una tiene 192.168.9.x y la
otra 192.168.12.x
Como te mencionaba tenemos dos domanin controllers uno en el segmento
192.168.9.x y el otro en el segmento 192.168.12.x y embos estan replicando
entre ellos.
El servidor WINS lo tenemos dado de alta en el segmento 192.168.12.x y en
este estan incluidos todos los equipos de todo el bosque...es decir no solo
nuestro dominio, si no todo los dominios de todo el grupo.
Tengo un equipo que tiene IP fija y pues por lo mismo si lo puedo ver en mis
sitios de red, porque no le carga el dhcp el wins.
Espero haberme dado a entender...Gracias y ojala puedan orientarme.
