Migration from win2000 to 2008

Hello,
I have to migrate the AD 2000 to 2008 as the current server hardware is
very old now. This is the result from dcdiag. I saw some failures. Do I
need to solve them first?

I have only 1 DC currently, intergrated DNS

total amount of DCs, how they are located and OS version with SP/patch level.
Additional the DNS configuration, which kind of zones are configured etc.
Also post an unedited ipconfig /all from all DCs and your DNS server if different
then the DC."

it is file server also.
2. DNS is intergrated (i dont know if it is what you need to know. If
not, then tell me exactly so I could post the info here)
