Hello Dart,
You need the server license for the new OS, either Windows server 2008 or
Windows server 2008 R2 Standard, Enterprise or Datacenter edition.

Plus consider your user/device CALs and if you what your current licensing
arragenement is ( Software Assurance ?). Microsoft licensing is more than
happy to speak with for free on what your licensing requirements needs are.

Windows Server Connection Between 2 SBS Servers in Different Locations I have been reading some of reading on some of the posts. In Dallas we have the SBS 2003 Premium (10 cals) and in Houston we will have SBS 2003 Premium (5 cals) (it is currently being shipped). In Dallas we have 9 users and in Houston we trusts between itself and other Active = Directory Domains what you should have gotten was a Windows 2003 Standard Server and made = it an additional Domain Control for the Dallas SBS domain you want, but its a bit tougher Your users in Houston will need accounts(and CALs) on the Dallas Server = 20 Your users in Dallas will need accounts (and CALs ) on the Houston = Server And so essentially what you are setting up is pass through on some of the posts. In Dallas we have the SBS 2003 = Premium = 20 (10 cals) and in Houston we will have SBS 2003 Premium (5 cals) (it is = currently being shipped). In Dallas we have 9 users and in Houston we
