Windows Server - Set "allow inheritable permissions to propagate..." to folders, subfolders, files with script

Is there a dsacls syntax or vbscript that I can use to enable the
folders, subfolders, files? I have about 500 user home folders and
half of them are not set to inherit and the rest are. Instead of
manually going into each one, is there a better method?

This really has nothing to do with Active Directory

Script out using setacl
http://setacl.sourceforge.net/

Freeware from SourceForge
