You need to import and administer settings from ADMX templates from a
Windows Vista workstation using GPMC. You can't use ADMX with "legacy"
systems.

Hello like,
You can manage them only from Vista or server 2008, check here:

Source Code Windows Server Here is an article about how the NT source code was leaked and apparently even will it be before Microsoft has new operating systems with new source code. Wikipedia mentions Windows 7 will use the Windows NT source code much to my dismay. Win 2k3 x64 clients self update failing - Cannot register wucltui. Windows Server About 33 of 150 machines on this domain seem to have corrupt WUA installs which to fail while registering wucltui.dll (and thus these clients are not reporting to WSUS server and not receiving updates) Attempting to re / install the WUA (WindowsUpdateAgent2 / 30-x64.exe) both have a feeling that a necessary client side update was not installed before the WSUS server was upgraded to 3.0 (and cannot find a list of WSUS 3.0 client requirements) I have upgraded the WSUS server to 3.1, but it also did not resolve the clients WUA issue. I also it redownloads without issue. Then tried to replace the newer version wucltui.dll from c: \ windows \ SoftwareDistribution \ to c: \ windows \ system32, and self update does not try to download wucltui.dll (Update NOT required), but a WUA rollback.
