Windows Server - How to restore deleted files

I accidentally removed one file (C:\AAA\BBB.txt) from my PC! (that is
Windows XP Pro)

How can I try to get it?

- Restore it from backup, or
- Use one of the countless undelete tools that you find with Google

Whatever means you use do not write to or otherwise use the disk until it is
recovered as some part or all of it may be overwritten.
