If that does not apply, we need more troubleshooting background.

subject.

Instead, create a message body made only of complete sentences which
provides proper background information such as what is your operating
system and other pertinent information so that the reader does not have
to be familiar with your computer environment to understand.  After
you have made a good message body, then populate the subject with a very
