Hello bertiebigbollox@gmail.com,
Please stick to your first posting, just because nobody answers after 20
minutes does not mean nobody is reading it. Please give the people some time
to answer.

Don't start (your messagequestion) in the subject^1
This question/messagebody is an incomplete sentence, lacks background,
and is totally ambiguous.
If the question is Win2k and there is not SP2, see if this kb266132
applies: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/266132 Windows 2000 Hangs at
If that does not apply, we need more troubleshooting background.
^1 How to start a new question thread: do not start typing in the
subject.
Instead, create a message body made only of complete sentences which
provides proper background information such as what is your operating
system and other pertinent information so that the reader does not have
to be familiar with your computer environment to understand. After
you have made a good message body, then populate the subject with a very
very brief title for the message.
