Gateway & proxy settings through GPO

Hi all

I am running Windows 2000 Server. I want to know how I could enforce all
clients to change their gateway to a different IP than the existing one, and
also how to disable the proxy setting in IE and dont allow users to change
it.

This is basically due to a new installation of a web content filter in the
company. Previously we used a proxy server and now I am using a multihomed
server.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

IN setting up the link to one thing that doe snot work is what I used to call HTTP-RPC for Outlook 2003. With Exchange 12007 it appears they now call it "Outlook Anywhere ". I have tried it with two different users to no avail. After you try to connect, Outlook just sits there and never logs in.
