Windows Server - MOA, is it still there?

I am starting a new business. I looked up Microsoft Accounting software on
the internet, but on an MS site regarding OA 2009, a message states that
Office Accounting is no longer being distributed. OA is not mentioned at all
on the MS small business site, but Dynamics is. Then, I found a link to
download OA Express 2009 which I did install, and I registered it with MS.
When I boot the program, I am given the option to purchase OA Professional
2009 version for $199. If OA is really dead, why is MS trying to get me to
purchase a corpse.

I found additional links to download the express version of both GB and US,
plus the 3 SPs and have listed them on my site:

MOA 2009 does not work with Office 2010 RTM Windows Server For those considering upgrading to Office 2010 be warned. As has been the case throughout the beta testing of Office 2010, and even now that it is RTM, the official release version still crashes with MOA for the forseeable future, you will not be able to run it with MS Office 2010 and retain basic invoicing functionality. I cannot say whether the breakage is limited to that do not work too. Also, if you try to repair the situation by uninstalling Office 2010 and re-installing Office 2007, your version of MOA 2009 will still be broken and will require some manual back. Best sync solution for branch office? Windows Server We're soon going to have a handful of users with just laptops move to a nearby building, off our SBS2003 network. The rest of the office may eventually move to this location as well, but it will not be until next if it happens. In the meantime, they need access to our roughly 50GB of misc Office files and other data and be able to write data back to it. -These are feeling I am missing a better way. Greetings! I need to figure out how to pull this off: We have an old accounting program that does not run well with XP Pro over our SBS 2003 network. It it on W2K but it would also be nice to have the 2 users running Office 2007 on the same machine and be joined to the network.
