I have configure ISA as a one leg proxy. I add 2 rules for it. 1) allow all
outbound traffic from internal to external. 2) allow all outbound from
internal to internal.

I can access web site in Internet but I cannot access internal citrix
server. The browser is install Citrix ICA web client. The error message is
Locator (URL). (12202) Internet Security and Acceleration Server." when I
type http://192.168.10.13/Citrix/MetaFrame in address bar of brower.
192.168.10.0 is the internal subnet.

Don't use the IP#,...use the Netbios Name of the Citrix Server.

Using an IP# in the URL make things worse, not better. The "dots" in the
address cause it to be treated like a FQDN,...which cannot be resolved with
DNS.

You also would not have problems like this if you set up your system for
Proxy Autodetection with WPAD.

I have tried to use hostname instead of IP address. The problem is the same.

Have any suggestion.

SBS Migration to Server 2003 STANDARD Windows Server HELP ME PLEASE!! I have a huge problem. I have a SBS 2003 PDC which held all the FSMO roles, obviously, but was also a SQL Server. I added a second Server, which is Server 2003 R2, with SQL server also installed, which was promoted to a DC (but the NetLogon and SYSVOL never worked just the best solution. Here is the problem now. I need to replace the SBS server. Its coming off-line completely. I have added a new DC to the domain, which is server 2008 standard. Here is where I am at. -I promoted the 2008 server to a
WSUS 3 SP2 - Remote access via ISA, security considerations? Windows Server Hi all I am part way through implementing the MS recommended route to allow the remote management of WSUS clients (albeit with ISA 2006) 'Implementing WSUS with ISA Server 2004 to Manage Remote Clients' but as I am half way through something has smacked me with external domain name using various protocols and can talk to the target internal WSUS server, but have not created a specific web-listener or certificates as yet. I am really
ISA on SBS2K3 Premium - second server losing network connection Windows Server I have an SBS2K3 [192.168.1.2] premium setup two NIC + ISA with two additional windows 2000 Servers. [192.168.1.20] functions as a terminal server for 25 users and the other [192.168.1.10] handles various automated processes and all EDI (orders, ASN = 92s, invoices, inventory availability updates) this EDI server has been running for over three years virtually untouched) and recently (a few months ago) it started losing network connectivity periodically (random times) about once a week - restarting ISA resolves the issue. The errors in event log are after the connection drops complaining about the loss of sqlDB connection. When it happens there is ISA = 93SPOOFING = 94 error on the SBS / ISA server Event ID 15108 Souce MSFirewall. Restarting ISA
RWW ON SBS 2K3 NOT WORKING Windows Server Hello again all, No one can access RWW from outside the domain. Here is the sp2 installed 2 Nic cards internal 192.168.16.2 external 192.168.0.2 ISA server 2004 sp4 Ports open on router pointing to external nic card 20, 21, 22, 23, 25 clearup problem. Certificate entered in CEICW Firewall setup this pointing to our IP address. In ISA server when I look at the rules I see that many rules reference in the "TO" column "publishing.libertyrs.local" (libertyrs.local = internal domain) FQDN = libertyrecordsearch.com server = libertyrs-main. I aslo noticed that on the Web publishing rule properties, for RWW, that main \ remote works fine. From outside using https: \ remote.libertyrecordsearch.com \ remote get the error "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page." Cannot not telnet into network using port 4125. only
HTTP Error 400: ISA 2006 Windows Server We are using ISA 2006 Std as a gateway server (using Captivate Captive Portal software on top). On some sites (such as hotmail.com, live keep getting HTTP error 400 (Bad Request) but only if we DON'T use the ISA as a proxy server. We do not want to use ISA as a proxy as the point of the Captive portal is that we do not configure the end-user PCs that connect to our Wifi. I have installed a fresh ISA 2006, applied SP1 and I still get the issue. The ISA box itself has 2
