Windows Server - Report on rule usage ISA2006

Hi guys and girls

I originally posted this in microsoft.public.isa, but recieved no reply:

I have an ISA 2006 SP1 server, logging to MSDE, running on server 2003 Sp2.

Instead of going into monitoring, running a logging session of "firewall
or web proxy filter, last 24 hours, rule - FTP Inbound", getting the
results, copying to an excel spreadsheet, and handing it to the relevant
people, is there a way to automate this?

IE: Is there a way to automate listing all the connection details based
on specific rules?

Steve

I did post the similar question in the forum as well. No reply or replied
asking me to use monitoring, which is not automated.
Maybe ISA 2006 does not have this feature!

That is correct,...it does not. The way Steven is doing it is the way that
is provided.

MS left this open to third-party software companies to write "add-ons" for
ISA to do this.
If MS added these abilities now they would put these other companies out of
business and someone would inevitably sue them for some kind of

ISA on SBS2K3 Premium - second server losing network connection Windows Server I have an SBS2K3 [192.168.1.2] premium setup two NIC + ISA with two additional windows 2000 Servers. [192.168.1.20] functions as a terminal server for 25 users and the other [192.168.1.10] handles various automated processes and all EDI (orders, ASN = 92s, invoices, inventory availability updates) this EDI server has been running for over three years virtually untouched) and recently (a few months ago) it started losing network connectivity periodically (random times) about once a week - restarting ISA resolves the issue. The errors in event log are after the connection drops complaining about the loss of sqlDB connection. When it happens there is ISA = 93SPOOFING = 94 error on the SBS / ISA server Event ID 15108 Souce MSFirewall. Restarting ISA

FTP Read Only Issue Windows Server Hello All, I am having a problem accessing an FTP site via Windows Explorer. When I type the site name I get the message FTP site is read only. I made sure that the read only filter in ISA for FTP access is turned off. The server can access the site with no problem but the clients get the read only message as part of the password. Does anyone know what other settings I should check in ISA or how to type the login name and password as part of the site if
