Bypassing Proxy for a Specific URL

Using ISA 2000 (yes, I know it is old!) on a 2003 server, is it possible to
configure it to bypass the proxy/cache for a specific website?

We are having problems with a certain URL and not using proxy on it works
fine.

Can't find anything for doing this globally at the ISA since it is 2000 andI

I do not have an ISA 2000 to look at.
