I made a test biztalk application that has got messed up somehow. I would
like to remove it and start again but when I try to remove it with Biztalk
Server Administrator I get an error (see below). I have tried i) removed the
assemblies using the Assembly viewer and stopping the host instance. Still no
joy. Does anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind. I found the problem. My orchestration some how got moved to
another application.
I removed it there and all is good.
